Order processing times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During this time, your design file(s) will be reviewed and processed for print by our in-house print team. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If for some reason the design file(s) that you provided are not suitable for print,(usually for quality reasons). Our team will be in contact with you to discuss solutions/options.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Delivery options

🇬🇧 All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Note for International orders; Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tapzo Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We offer worldwide international shipping except to the EU.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

At the current moment we don’t offer shipping to the EU. We’re currently working with our logistics partner to introduce EU shipping in the near future. If you’re a EU customer, enter your email below to join our newsletter to be notified when we launch EU shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within (7 days domestic orders / 14 days international orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tapzo.io with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges due to the fact each tapzo card is a custom product made to order. Each card is tested before shipping to ensure it is fully working. You can read our full refund policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tapzo.io with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
