Are free accounts really free for life or is it a trial?
Free accounts are free for life. No credit card required for signup. You choose whether you wish to upgrade to Pro or not (one time purchase).
What's the difference between Free & PRO?
Pro accounts have access to creating their own Apple/Google wallet card design where as free accounts have a Tapzo design card. Pro users are also able to view and save their leads, connect to their CRM, in depth analytics and so much more.
Is a subscription required?
There are no subscriptions for individuals. We have a free account that can be upgraded to Pro by purchasing a £39.99 one time fee. This unlock Pro for life.
We do however charge companies a subscription for adding users to a company where they can manage and control all their users from a centralised dashboard. These users are charged at £1 per user, per month (billed annually) and these users will be Pro users for the duration of the company subscription.
How much does Tapzo cost?
Upgrading to Tapzo Pro costs £39.99 for lifetime access. NFC cards start at £24.99 and can be purchased from inside your account from your dashboard.
What is a NFC business card?
An NFC business card, similar to the Apple/Google wallet cards is a tool that shares your digital business card. An NFC card lets you share your digital business card by tapping the card on someone’s smartphone.
How do I update my details?
To update the details on your digital business card simply log into your account on Tapzo and update your profile.
