We accept returns upon meeting certain criteria within this policy – but unfortunately refunds don’t apply for services already completed. Also remember delivery fees and insurance costs are non-refundable too – so keep that in mind before making any decisions.

Acceptable Return Details

We accept product returns for a replacement if any of the following conditions are met:

Incorrect Order Received
If the products you have received are fundamentally different from the products you have ordered (e.g. incorrect design or customization)

Damages and issues
If a product is defective your order will be either replaced. All claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours from the time of receiving your order with photo/video proof. It’s important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage. If no claim for damage is made within 48 hours of delivery, no action will be taken.

Under Supply of Products
In the rare event that we undersupply a product, for example, fewer products than ordered, kindly alert us of this error within 48 hours of your order’s arrival so that we may supply additional units to complete the order.

 

Refunds

We will get in contact once we receive your return.  Once we check it out, you’ll know if the return was approved and refunded – no sweat. Note: Your bank may take a few days to post the funds but keep calm; everything’s under control.

At Tapzo, we aim to give our customers the best possible experience when they purchase customized products. Our talented team of designers is dedicated to creating unique designs based on customer specifications – so much so that refunds are not an option once a design has been created and placed in production. We encourage all our customers to take their time reviewing every aspect of their order before purchasing it from us and if there’s any doubt or confusion about what you’re ordering, contact our amazing customer service staff for assistance!
