How does Tapzo work?
Each Tapzo card has a chip inside it, that is encoded with your tapzo profile, custom url, or vCard.Â
These chips interact with the NFC reader that is inside the majority of all smartphone, when tapped onto the NFC reader on the smartphone.
The smartphone then loads your Tapzo profile or custom url you set, or vCard contact file.Â
You can customize your Tapzo profile in your account to include what information and links you wish to include.
What is a smart business card?
A smart business card is a business card with a semiconductor chip inside that has information encoded onto it.
What mobile devices work with Tapzo?
The simplest way to put it is: If a smartphone supports Apple Pay or Google Pay, then that smartphone also works with Tapzo.
The majority of all smartphones made in the last few years will work with a Tapzo card. In 2018 it was estimated that 73% of smartphones have NFC reading capabilities. With this number increasing year on year.

Do you ship worldwide?Â
We ship worldwide except to the EU.

How do I get a replacement card?Â
If you have lost or broken your Tapzo card, you can purchase a replacement through your account for a discounted price.
Can I purchase more than one card?Â
Yes, you can purchase multiple tapzo cards however you can only have one tapzo profile. You can have multiple spare tapzo cards that are linked to your profile, but not multiple profiles. If you want multiple profiles, make sure to purchase each card with a different email address as this email is what the profile is connected to.
Alternatively, you can have multiple Custom Web Url and vCard, Tapzo cards linked to multiple vCard or custom urls as you want.
Can I have more than one Tapzo profile under my account?
No. We are working on making this possible for the future, however this wont be anytime soon.Â
If you want more than one Tapzo profile, please use a different email address for each order.
What’s your Return & Refunds policy?
Can I purchase a Tapzo card as a gift for somebody?
Yes, we sell gift vouchers that can be purchased from our store that are digitally sent via email.
What file types do you accept for printing?
We accept the following file types:
PDF, JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS, PSD.

How do I use my Tapzo card?
Tap your Tapzo smart card onto any smartphone’s NFC reader (wherever you tap your phone to pay for ApplePay or GooglePay)
Make sure that the smartphone is unlocked or has its screen woken up.
How do I edit my profile?
Once you have purchased your Tapzo smart card that was linked to a Tapzo profile, all you need to do is log in to your account and go to edit profile.
Can I have my smart business card link to a different website instead of a Tapzo profile?
Yes! You can have your Tapzo card be linked to any custom URL or a vCard file. Download our app which is available on Android and iOS devices and use that to switch your card connection.
How do I remove Tapzo branding and copyright info from the bottom of my profile?
If you don’t want our branding on the bottom of your profile, you can remove this for a onetime fee.Â
To do this, log in to your account and navigate to the section on your dashboard that says remove Tapzo branding.
Can you design my card for me?
Yes. If you need us to create the artwork for your card, we can do this for a fee.

Do you offer a referral / affiliate program?
Yes. You can find our affiliate platform here. Earn 10% of each order you refer to us.
All Tapzo customers automatically qualify for an affiliate account, this will be in your account dashboard when you login.
